COLAB 01 at DMY Berlin

COLAB 01 is a new initiative, created by two Czech designers Matej Chabera and Martin Zampach. This new collaborative project invites selected designers to create objects based on given themes. Colab concentrates on the design process by confronting a closed group of professionals, encouraging hard criticism, mutual education and a strictly open process.

The first edition Colab 01 works with polygons, straight lines and angles. This way the designers are free to do what they are most attracted to and they also choose a production method. The resulting collection of objects stays naturally united in its aesthetics. You can meet the designers and their amazing products at DMY Berlin (at Airport Berlin Tempelhof) between 6th June and 10th June.
